Leicester Station Stairs
Routes between platforms generate the most foot traffic at stations and the subsequent wear and tear can become hazardous, increasing the risk of slips, trips and falls. Treads and flooring at Leicester station were in a bad state of repair and had to be replaced. The existing surfaces were taken out and all loose debris removed.

The staircase was then given an ant-rust treatment and refitted with new stair and landing panels all clearly marked for safety. The overbridge between platforms was given an anti-slip finish to prevent trips and falls and benetah the stairs was buffed, cleared of any loose material and repainted so the whole area looked brand new.
